What is order fulfilment?
Order fulfilment is the process of receiving an order from a customer, picking and packing the items, and delivering the order to the consumer.

What is a SKU?
A SKU (or stock keeping unit) is a code that is allocated to one unique product line and includes attributes that differentiate products from each other such as colour, brand and size.

We integrate with over 45 leading e-fulfilment platforms from household names such as Amazon, eBay, Magento and Shopify but to name a few, and the number of integrations we have continues to grow.
Which couriers do you integrate with?
We work alongside all major couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, Parcel Force, DX, DHL, TNT, Palletline, My Hermes, Panther and other.
Do you offer Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime?

Will I have an account manager?
We pride ourselves on customer service and ensuring you can talk to our team at all times. You will have a dedicated account manager who, along with our friendly customer support team, will assist you with any questions you may have and guide you throughout our set-up process.
What is the set-up process and how long does it take?
Please speak with one of our team who will be able to advise you on how long set up will take as every one of our customers is unique. Some take a little longer than others, and customers have joined The Storage Place e-fulfilment environment in less than 5 working days. Either way we will have you operational and trading in very little time.
Can I see my inventory and order status in real-time?
You can log into our system and view live information including stock reports, sales reports and an overview of your order. Reports can also be scheduled and emailed so you have information when you need it. You can also be notified of back orders, input your own orders, and track orders at any time.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We typically work with ecommerce businesses with around a minimum of 75 orders per day. Please give one of our team a call today and we can talk through your requirements.
Can you help with importing my goods?
While we do not provide this service directly through The Storage Place, we partner with an internationally renowned freight forwarding business to ensure your products arrive in time and in good condition.
What is Customs bonded warehouse facilities?

No matter your location you will have access 24/7 to our cloud-based system so you will always know where you are with your business.
Can I have multiple users on the software?
Yes, you can have multiple users with different levels of access. E-fulfilment reports can also be scheduled and emailed for each user so you have information exactly when you need it.
What if I have multiple SKU’s on different platforms, for example eBay and Amazon?
Sometimes it’s not always possible to keep a uniform set of product codes (SKU’S) across all channels, and this results in product import errors.
This is not a problem on our e-fulfilment system as we have the ability to map different SKU codes across channel for the same product.
Can you handle Kit and Bundle building?
Yes, in Kit Building the components are pre-built in a kit or pack to be dispatched as 1 product & a product bundle dispatches components individually.
