A cloud-based system will allow easy access from anywhere in the world, at any time and on any device. Convenience is key, you need to be able to log in and gain access to your account at a click of a button. Ask if the system is it safe, secure and reliable with a secure customer log in? Is it SSL certified?

2. API integration

Can the system be fully integrated with your sales platform such as Amazon, Channel Advisor, Magento, WordPress and Shopify? Does it also integrate with major UK carriers such as Royal Mail, Interlink and DX?

3. Access to real-time data

Access to information is essential when outsourcing fulfilment. Although a fulfilment partner will take care of all orders, you still need access to real-time data including stock reports, sales reports, and an overview of your orders. Do you have 24/7 access and is the data in real-time?
