Factory Workspace

Currently, as the economy comes out of recession, the need for additional factory space to meet new orders can be overwhelming; and financing that expansion can be a problem. The Storage Place can provide temporary workspace - or space to complete special projects, such as testing and assembly - we have the flexibility to suit most needs.

Our extensive heavy storage areas offer high roof space with the facility to handle industrial goods up to 30 tonnes (with access to over 100 tonnes), and for critical testing projects, the facility is serviced by an independent high voltage power supply.

This facility has led to some interesting collaborative projects. A long term customer of The Storage Place, Total Maintenance Engineering, has used our heavy industrial workspace to fulfil contracts it wouldn’t otherwise be able to handle. This collaborative approach enables TME to confidently tender for work in the offshore oil and gas, and defence sectors, knowing the additional availability of workspace at The Storage Place gives them the flexibility to handle any project.
